BodyWorks w/Weights

Combines the high energy, heart pounding cardio workout with toning and circuit muscle progression sculpting using light dumbbell weights. It’s a combination of cardio and toning that will leave you Lean, Sassy and Fit. It focuses on strength training the arms, abs and thighs. Is a 60-minute choreographed, fitness experience combining the benefits of cardio with the power of strength training; set to upbeat, tempo’d music from various genres. Every class includes core strengthening exercises focused on abs, lower back, and glutes. This class is a TOTAL BODY workout designed for all fitness levels and body types. This is a group fitness workout of 12 or more, performed on site. $100 per hour. Max of 15.
Body Pump w/BarBell

Is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Body Pump is a fast way to shape up and lose body fat. It’s a toning and conditioning class with weights and is for just about everybody who wants to add strength training into their aerobic workout. The simplicity of the class makes Body Pump a great starting point to develop strength and confidence. Hot sounds and compelling choreography keep you going through each 45-minute or one-hour workout. You’ll use a step platform, a bar and a set of weights. If you’re new to weights-resistance exercise or you’re out of shape, you should start with light weights. After a few classes you’ll recognize the correct weight for you. Boot Camp allows you to get more work at a higher intensity than if you were at a steady-pace. By having rest intervals, you spend more time in the upper end of aerobic capacity, whereas you wouldn’t be able to do that if you tried to do 10 minutes of really high-intensity exercises. Tabata workout lasts only four minutes. The structure of the program is: High-intensity interval training (HIIT) is a form of cardiovascular exercise.
