Studio Fitness Diva

My personal trainer assist program is designed to increase your overall daily functional fitness through exercise, personal training and fitness therapy. My one-on-one workouts are designed with your personal fitness needs in mind. Every session is different and specifically build for your personal transformation. This workout can be performed if you are limited or restricted to a chair, wheel chair or walker; Or, if you are an active or athletic. Minimum package: $150/6 personal training sessions.

Chair Functional Group Fitness – Low Intensity Class

These rehabilitative functional physical exercises are performed to enhance mobility and daily life functions. Bodily movements are performed that produce contraction of the skeletal muscle which also increases energy expenditure above a basal level. In this workout, physical activity generally refers to activity that enhances better health. Arm and leg movements, spinal rotation and functional movements that enhance a person’s quality of life. Equipment use of weights, bands and balls are incorporated. 60 to 90 minutes. Great package of nursing and group homes. Up to 10 residence per session $80 per session, package $300 (5) session.

Classic Group Fitness Cardio Strength & Balance Class – Moderate Intensity

Movements are performed (Standing & Sitting) 15/30. This fitness format gives you the ability to carry out daily tasks with vigor and alertness, without undue fatigue. This workout also gives you ample energy to enjoy leisure-time pursuits and respond to situational emergencies. This physical fitness program includes a number of components consisting of cardio-respiratory endurance (aerobic power), skeletal muscle endurance, skeletal muscle strength, skeletal muscle power, weights, and flexibility, balance, with speed of movement, reaction time, and body composition. Equipment used bands, dumbbells and balls. Active older adults use light weights to strengthen and tone the body, and balance exercises to aid in the prevention of falls. Work the hips, back, arms and shoulder. This is a group fitness workout of 5 or more, performed on site. $100 per hour. Max of 15 participants per session.

Active & Fit  (Circuit) Moderate/High-Intensity Training (Standing 45 min) Group Fitness Class

Circuit Class

You are standing the entire time. On a scale relative to an individual’s personal capacity, moderate-intensity physical activity is usually a 5 or 6 on a scale of 0 to 10. My physical fitness program also includes a number of components consisting of cardio-respiratory endurance (aerobic power), skeletal muscle endurance, skeletal muscle strength, skeletal muscle power, flexibility, balance, speed of movement, reaction time, and body composition. See Measuring Physical Activity for more. This is a group fitness workout of 5 or more, performed on site. $100 per hour. Max of 25 participants per session.

Zumba Gold Cardio Dance Instructor- (For Active Seniors) – Group Fitness Classes

Cardio Dance Class

For active older adults who are looking for a modified version of Zumba® and dance fitness. This class recreates the original Zumba moves at a lower-intensity. Line dancing and jazzercise style fitness moves are also a part of this format. The format of the class introduces easy-to-follow dance choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination while dancing and having fun. Moving the body through soft dance. This is a group fitness workout of 5 or more, performed on site. $100 per hour. Max of 30 participants per session.
